No. pub775 strictly allows only one account per player. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all related accounts, including any pending balances. If you're having trouble accessing your original account, please contact support instead of creating a new one.

After logging in, head to your account settings and look for the "Profile" section. You can update your email address, mobile number, and other personal details from there. Some changes may require identity verification for security purposes. If you run into any issues, contact our support team through live chat and they'll assist you promptly.

Account locks can happen for a few reasons: too many failed login attempts, suspected fraudulent activity, or a self-exclusion request you previously submitted. If you believe your account was locked by mistake, get in touch with our support team directly. We'll review your case and restore access as quickly as possible. Do not try to create a new account while your existing one is under review.

There are no hidden fees on standard transactions. However, some payment providers may have their own service charges, so it's best to check with your e-wallet or bank if you're unsure.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method you choose. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually completed within the same business day. BDO, BPI, or UnionBank transfers via PESONet may take up to one business day. Visa/Mastercard refunds can take 3–5 banking days depending on your card issuer. VIP members enjoy prioritised withdrawal processing.

First, check your e-wallet or bank app to confirm whether the amount was deducted. If it was deducted but your pub775 balance wasn't updated, don't panic — sometimes transactions take a few minutes to reflect. Wait 10–15 minutes and refresh your account. If the balance still hasn't updated after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number (TRN) and screenshot. We'll resolve it as fast as we can.

New pub775 members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact amount and percentage may vary depending on current promotions, so always check the promotions page after you register. To qualify, you need to make your first deposit and meet the minimum deposit requirement. Bonus funds will be credited to your account within minutes of a qualifying deposit.

Wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements) mean you need to bet a certain number of times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱2,500 in total bets before cashing out. The specific requirements for each promotion are clearly listed in the promo terms. Always read the fine print, kabayan — no surprises.

The pub775 VIP Club rewards our most loyal players with exclusive perks including cashback on losses, weekly reload bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, a dedicated VIP account manager, and priority customer support. You earn VIP points every time you place a bet. The more you play, the higher your tier — and the better the rewards. Laro na at i-level up ang iyong status!

If your bonus hasn't shown up after completing a qualifying action (such as your first deposit), give it 5–10 minutes and then refresh your account. Some bonuses require manual activation from the Promotions tab inside your dashboard. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, contact support with your deposit receipt or promo code (if applicable) and our team will look into it immediately.
